He understands the basic principles of design, and most importantly the fundamentals of animation, showing a keen attention to detail when it comes to weight, speed, time, pace, tension, anticipation and momentum in his motion design. Adept with hand drawn frame-by-frame animation as well as standard digital 2D methods, he's keen to collaborate and takes direction really well, even when we've exhausted the iteration count!
